Solo, a Culinary Post - Part II (Sate Mbok Galak)

Besok siangnya, kami wisata kuliner lagi. Kali ini kami ke  warung sate kambing terkenal di Solo. Namanya Sate Mbok Galak. Ada yang tahu?



Kalau yang sering ke solo mungkin tahu ya. Karena warung ini memang terkenal banget di Solo. Buktinya bisa dilihat dari jumlah antrean yang mau makan di sana. Walau kami sampai di sana ketika jam makan siang sudah lewat (karena berangkatnya telat dan sempat kesasar... --'), warung makan ini masih banyak didatangi pembeli.

Walau namanya Sate Mbok Galak, warung inin gak cuma jual sate aja. Warung ini menjual beberapa masakan dari kambing, antara lain sate, gule, tongseng, dan tengkleng.Tapi sayang, waktu kami dateng, yang ada tinggal sate dan tongsengnya.

Kalo menurutku sih, satenya sebenarnya biasa-biasa aja. Cuman karena warung ini pake daging kambing muda, satenya jadi terasa empuk. Tapi bumbunya cenderung biasa aja. Cuma siraman kecap manis dengan potongan bawang merah dan tomat. Tapi tongsengnya bener-bener mantap, kuahnya terasa hangat karena merica.
